RatioRoll Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

The short version RatioRoll is an iPhone camera app distributed through the Apple App Store. The standard Apple App Store EULA applies. Use of the app is subject to that licence and the additional terms below.

Agreement to terms

By installing or using RatioRoll, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement the main H3llo H3llo Ltd Terms of Service.

RatioRoll is operated by H3llo H3llo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 27 Wolseley Gardens, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 1HR, United Kingdom.

Eligibility

To use RatioRoll, you must:

The licence we grant you

By downloading RatioRoll, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your Apple ID's authorised devices, as described in the Apple Licensed Application EULA.

The licence is granted to you, not sold. We retain all intellectual property rights in the app itself, including its code, design, and brand assets. You retain full ownership of every video and audio recording you create with the app.

Availability and pricing

The current App Store release of RatioRoll is free to download and use. There is no active account, subscription, in-app purchase gate, or recording quota in this release.

If paid features are introduced in a future release, pricing and purchase terms will be shown in the app before purchase and handled through Apple's App Store systems.

Future purchases and refunds

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RatioRoll to:

Your content

Every video and audio recording you create with RatioRoll is yours. We claim no ownership over your content. Your recordings are stored on your device in the iOS Photos library and never transmitted to us.

Disclaimers

RatioRoll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every iPhone model or iOS version.

Some iPhone hardware features (such as Apple Log capture or full dual-lens MultiCam) require specific iPhone models — see the FAQ for the supported-device matrix. Where your iPhone does not support a feature, the app falls back gracefully but the unsupported feature will be unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H3llo H3llo Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of RatioRoll, including loss of recordings, missed shots, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for RatioRoll in the 12 months preceding the event.

Termination

You can stop using RatioRoll at any time by deleting the app from your iPhone. We reserve the right to terminate access if these Terms are breached, though for an offline app this is rarely practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, in the next app update.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
