Last updated: 8 February 2026

The short version

ClientCut is a CRM and proposal platform for videographers. Your client data is yours. AI features are tools that require your review. You can cancel anytime, and refund policies vary by payment method.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClientCut platform ("Service"), operated by H3llo H3llo Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

ClientCut is a client relationship management (CRM) and proposal platform designed for videographers and creative professionals. The Service includes client management, project tracking, proposal creation, contract management, invoicing, and AI-assisted features.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

⚠️ Important: AI outputs require human review

ClientCut uses artificial intelligence to assist with generating proposals, contracts, email drafts, and other content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before sending it to clients or using it in any professional capacity.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You must treat all AI outputs as drafts that require your professional judgment and review. H3llo H3llo Ltd accepts no liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your reliance on AI-generated content without proper review.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Free Trial

New subscribers to the £14.99 per month plan receive a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, you will not be charged.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

After the free trial ends, your chosen subscription will start automatically and the first payment will be taken immediately. Your subscription will renew automatically each month at the current price for your selected plan (for example, £14.99 or £29.99 per month). You authorise us and our payment providers to take recurring payments using your selected payment method until you cancel.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during the free trial, your access will continue until the end of the trial and no payment will be taken. If you cancel after a payment has been taken, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds will be given for any unused portion of that period.

8. Refunds

Stripe Purchases

If you subscribed using a card or other payment method handled by Stripe, you may request a refund in line with this policy. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion, except where required by law. Where a refund is approved, Stripe submits the refund to your bank or card issuer immediately, but it can take approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Apple App Store Purchases

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, your billing relationship is with Apple. Refunds for App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple under their own policies, and you may need to request a refund through Apple's "Report a Problem" website or your Apple account settings.

Google Play Store Purchases

If you subscribed via Google Play, your billing relationship is with Google. Refunds for Google Play subscriptions are managed under Google Play's refund policies. In some cases, you may be able to request a refund within a limited time window (for example, within 48 hours of purchase) via Google Play or by contacting the developer, subject to Google's terms.

9. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time, for example to reflect inflation or changes to the service. Any price change will be notified to you in advance, and will apply from your next billing period. If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we suspect misuse, without notice or refund.

11. Account Management

You are responsible for keeping your account details and payment information up to date. For subscriptions purchased directly (for example, via Stripe), you can usually update your details within the app or web portal. For subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must manage your subscription and payment details through your Apple or Google account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

13. Your Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

14. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google (Gmail), QuickBooks, Stripe, and cloud storage providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

15. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by H3llo H3llo Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

16. Privacy and Data

We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it fairly, lawfully, and transparently. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR where relevant. We only collect and use the data we need to operate and improve the Service, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

You can request access to your data, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or request deletion where applicable under data protection law. Further details about how we collect, use, and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
