Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using SpinCam 360, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These terms supplement the main H3llo H3llo Ltd Terms of Service.

SpinCam 360 is operated by H3llo H3llo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 27 Wolseley Gardens, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 1HR, United Kingdom.

What SpinCam 360 is

SpinCam 360 is an iPhone app that turns your device into a 360-degree video booth for events, weddings, and photo booth businesses. It provides:

• Video recording with speed effects and multiple camera modes
• Wireless remote control from a second iPhone
• QR code sharing for instant guest downloads
• Event management with custom branding
• Cloud backup via Dropbox integration
• AirDrop sharing

Eligibility

To use SpinCam 360, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
• Own or have authorised access to the iPhone on which you install the app
• Agree to these terms and our privacy policy

Your content

Recording and consent

When using SpinCam 360 to record people at events, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate consent from anyone you record
• Complying with all applicable privacy and data protection laws
• Displaying clear signage at events informing guests they may be recorded
• Respecting requests from individuals who do not wish to be recorded
• Ensuring recordings comply with venue policies and event agreements

SpinCam 360 is a tool — how you use it is your responsibility. We are not liable for recordings made without proper consent.

Acceptable use

You agree to use SpinCam 360 only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Record people without their knowledge or consent where legally required
• Use the app to create illegal, harmful, or harassing content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or usage limitations
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicence the app without written permission

Remote control feature

SpinCam 360 allows a second iPhone to act as a wireless remote control. When using this feature:

• Both devices must be operated by you or someone you have authorised
• The connection is peer-to-peer and does not route through our servers
• You are responsible for the security of the connection at your event

QR code sharing

When guests scan a QR code to download their video clip:

• The transfer happens directly between devices
• You are responsible for ensuring guests consent to receiving their video
• We do not store, access, or process the video content being shared

Cloud backup (Dropbox)

If you enable Dropbox backup:

• Videos are uploaded directly from your iPhone to your own Dropbox account
• Your use of Dropbox is governed by Dropbox's own terms and privacy policy
• We are not responsible for data stored in your Dropbox account
• You are responsible for securing your Dropbox account

Custom branding

SpinCam 360 allows you to add custom logos, overlays, intro screens, and end cards. You confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use any branding assets you upload
• Your branding does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
• You are responsible for the content of your custom branding

Subscriptions and payments

Free features

Some features of SpinCam 360 may be available for free. We reserve the right to change which features are free at any time.

Paid subscriptions

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your iPhone's Settings > Subscriptions

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Intellectual property

SpinCam 360, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by H3llo H3llo Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app. The SpinCam 360 name and logo are trademarks of H3llo H3llo Ltd.

Disclaimer

SpinCam 360 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times or free from errors
• Recordings will always be saved successfully
• The app will be compatible with all iPhone models or iOS versions
• QR sharing or remote control connections will work in all network conditions
• Cloud backup will always complete successfully

We recommend testing SpinCam 360 before any important event to ensure it works with your setup.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H3llo H3llo Ltd is not liable for:

• Lost or corrupted recordings
• Failed QR shares or remote control disconnections during events
• Any claims arising from recordings made without proper consent
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of SpinCam 360 is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can stop using SpinCam 360 at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the app (with reasonable notice where possible)

Your locally stored content remains on your device even if you stop using the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or on our website. Continued use of SpinCam 360 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
