This policy explains how SnapCircle 360, operated by H3llo H3llo Ltd, handles information. SnapCircle 360 is a 360-degree video booth app for iPhone designed for events, weddings, and photo booth businesses.
This policy supplements our main company privacy policy. Where there is any conflict, this app-specific policy takes precedence for SnapCircle 360 users.
On the SnapCircle product page and operator guides, we use PostHog EU Cloud to measure page visits and App Store link clicks only if you choose Accept analytics. These measurements help us understand which guides are useful and which pages lead visitors to the App Store. A website click is not proof of an app download or purchase.
Events include the page path, guide name, link placement, referring website's origin, and a random visit identifier. We remove query strings and fragments from page and referrer URLs. We do not send your name, email address, videos, cloud links, or iPhone app identity. We disable person-profile processing and IP-based location enrichment. As with other internet services, PostHog receives network information needed to handle the request.
We do not load PostHog's JavaScript SDK or use automatic interaction capture, session recordings, advertising, or website analytics cookies. Before you accept, and after you reject, these pages send no analytics requests to PostHog. Fonts are hosted on our own website.
PostHog processes this event data on our behalf in its EU Cloud service. See PostHog's privacy policy for information about its processing and service providers. Website analytics consent is separate from the optional analytics preference in the iPhone app.
Your content is controlled by you. SnapCircle 360 records video directly to your iPhone. Raw and processed safety copies may be saved to Photos. If you select Dropbox or Google Drive for an event, processed clips are uploaded from the iPhone to your connected account. H3llo H3llo Ltd does not receive or store those clips on its own servers.
Event names, settings, configurations, recording queues, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Event names and filenames are not included in optional analytics.
When a guest scans a QR code, the code opens a public download link created in the operator's selected Dropbox or Google Drive account. Anyone who receives that link may be able to access the clip, subject to the cloud provider's controls. H3llo H3llo Ltd does not proxy the download or store the clip.
The remote control feature uses a local peer-to-peer connection between two Apple devices. Its commands and session status are not routed through our servers. Devices may need Local Network and Bluetooth permissions.
If you select Dropbox or Google Drive for an event, SnapCircle 360 uploads processed clips directly from your iPhone to an event folder in your connected account and requests a guest-accessible link. OAuth credentials are stored securely on your device. Disconnecting an account removes its local connection credentials. Content held by the provider is governed by that provider's privacy policy and your account settings.

Analytics use a random installation identifier and do not include video content, event names, filenames, cloud links, precise location, advertising identifiers, or contact details. You can change this preference in the app's Settings. Apple may separately provide crash and performance diagnostics according to your iPhone privacy settings.

We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or social media tracking pixels in the app.
Under UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You control local app content from your device and cloud content through your connected provider. SnapCircle 360 is not directed at children under 13. The app is designed for use by adult event operators, photo booth professionals, and party hosts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version and update date will always be published on this page.
