Account & data deletion

Delete your 360 SnapCircle data.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

There is no 360 SnapCircle account to delete. The App has no signup or server-side user profile. Its event data and media are stored on your iPhone, with optional processed clips in your own Dropbox account.

Remove local app data

  1. If Dropbox is connected, open Settings → Dropbox Upload Queue and choose Disconnect.
  2. Delete any event clips you no longer need using the controls available in the App.
  3. Delete 360 SnapCircle from your iPhone to remove its remaining events, clips, thumbnails, uploaded overlay/logo copies, preferences, diagnostics, upload queue, and stored Dropbox token from the app sandbox and Keychain.

Deleting the App does not delete copies previously saved to Photos. Delete those separately in Photos, including from Recently Deleted if you want immediate removal.

Remove Dropbox data and access

  1. Open Dropbox connected apps and revoke 360 SnapCircle if it is listed.
  2. Delete any uploaded clips and shared links you no longer want from your Dropbox account.

Cancel SnapCircle Pro

Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription. Open Apple subscription settings, select 360 SnapCircle or SnapCircle Pro, and cancel. Apple retains transaction information under its own legal and privacy obligations.

Support correspondence

If you previously emailed diagnostics or a crash report, you can ask us to delete the support correspondence and attached report by emailing darius@h3lloh3llo.co.uk. Include enough information for us to locate your message. We will respond within 30 days and delete it unless retention is legally required.

Need help?

Email darius@h3lloh3llo.co.uk. Because no App account exists, we cannot remotely erase data that remains only on your iPhone, in Photos, in Apple billing records, or in your Dropbox account.
