360 SnapCircle Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

The short version 360 SnapCircle is an iPhone event-video app. You own what you record. A SnapCircle Pro subscription unlocks booth recording and remote pairing. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies with the additional terms below.

1. Agreement

By installing or using 360 SnapCircle (the "App"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Apple's standard EULA. The App is published by H3llo H3llo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, and may be identified internally as SpinCam 360.

2. The service

The App records and processes event video on a compatible iPhone, organizes clips by event, applies selected effects and branding, can pair another iPhone as a remote, and can optionally upload processed clips to your own Dropbox account. It is not a cloud-storage service and we do not store your recordings.

3. Licence and eligibility

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard EULA. You must have a compatible iPhone running iOS 18.5 or later and be legally able to agree to these Terms.

4. SnapCircle Pro subscriptions

The App can be downloaded without charge. A SnapCircle Pro subscription is required to start booth recording and use remote pairing. Monthly and yearly auto-renewable plans may be offered. The exact price, currency, billing period, and any trial are shown by Apple in the App before purchase.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the video, audio, overlays, logos, and other content you use with the App. You are responsible for having the rights to that content and for obtaining any notice or consent required before recording or sharing people at an event. Do not use the App unlawfully, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass purchase controls.

6. Dropbox

Dropbox integration is optional. If used, uploads go to your own Dropbox account and are also governed by Dropbox's terms. You control uploaded files and share links through Dropbox.

7. Availability and liability

The App is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Recording, processing, local networking, and uploads depend on your device, available storage, permissions, network, Apple services, and Dropbox. Keep appropriate backups and check the setup before a commercially important event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H3llo H3llo Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost recordings, missed shots, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from your content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Ending use

You may stop using the App at any time. Cancelling the subscription stops future renewals but does not itself delete local files or Dropbox uploads. See the data deletion guide.

9. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
