1. Agreement to terms
By installing or using 360 SnapCircle ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). These terms supplement the main H3llo H3llo Ltd Terms of Service; in case of conflict for the App, this app-specific document takes precedence.
The App is operated by H3llo H3llo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 27 Wolseley Gardens, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 1HR, United Kingdom. We refer to ourselves as "we", "us", or "H3llo H3llo" in these Terms.
360 SnapCircle is the public brand for the iPhone app published in the App Store; the same app is known internally and in some technical contexts as "SpinCam 360".
2. What 360 SnapCircle is (and isn't)
360 SnapCircle is:
- An iPhone camera app that turns your phone into a 360° video booth
- A tool for recording motion-effect clips at events — weddings, parties, brand activations, content shoots
- A bridge that uploads your finished clips to your own Dropbox or Google Drive, when you ask it to
- A remote-control front-end for paired iPhones, iPads, and (with the Pro add-on, when available) external mirrorless cameras
360 SnapCircle is not:
- A video editor or post-production suite
- A cloud storage service — your videos sit in your iOS Photos library and your own cloud accounts; we don't store them
- A substitute for professional cinematography equipment in commercially critical work
- A free service beyond the free-tier preview — premium features require a subscription (see Section 4)
3. Eligibility and licence
To use 360 SnapCircle, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction)
- Have a compatible iPhone running iOS 16 or later
- Comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service
By downloading the App, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your Apple ID's authorised devices, as described in the Apple EULA. The licence is granted to you, not sold. We retain all intellectual property rights in the App itself, including its code, design, and brand assets. You retain full ownership of every video and audio recording you create with the App.
4. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
360 SnapCircle is free to download. The free tier ships with one motion effect ("Classic 360") and includes a small 360 SnapCircle watermark on saved videos. To unlock all seven effects, remove the watermark, and access cloud sync and multi-device remote, you can subscribe to 360 SnapCircle Premium.
Subscription prices
| Plan | Price | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Premium · Weekly | £2.99 / week | Auto-renews every week until cancelled |
| Premium · Yearly | £99 / year | Auto-renews every 12 months until cancelled |
Prices shown are for the United Kingdom. The price in your local currency is displayed on the paywall inside the App, exactly as Apple charges it. Prices may differ slightly in other regions due to local taxes and Apple's regional pricing tiers.
Auto-renewal (required Apple disclosure)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you turn auto-renewal off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time from your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchase, restore, and refunds
- Purchase, billing, renewal, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple EULA. We do not see or process your card details.
- For refund requests, follow Apple's refund process. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- Use Restore Purchases on the paywall to re-activate an active subscription on additional devices signed into the same Apple ID.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use 360 SnapCircle to:
- Record people without their consent where consent is required by the law of your jurisdiction
- Record in locations where filming is prohibited (private property without permission, courtrooms, secure facilities, etc.)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Circumvent the in-app subscription paywall through any means, including modified or jailbroken devices
- Use the App to create or distribute content that infringes third-party rights or breaks the law of your jurisdiction
6. Your content
Every video and audio recording you create with 360 SnapCircle is yours. We claim no ownership over your content, no licence to use it, and no right to inspect it. Your recordings live in your iOS Photos library; if you upload, they go to your own Dropbox or Google Drive — never to us.
You are solely responsible for the content you capture and for obtaining any consents required from people you record.
7. Third-party services
360 SnapCircle integrates with a small number of third-party services. Using these is optional. When you do use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply:
- Dropbox Terms of Service — when you sign in and upload to Dropbox
- Google Terms of Service — when you sign in and upload to Google Drive
- Apple Media Services Terms — for all subscription handling
8. Disclaimers
360 SnapCircle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every iPhone model or iOS version.
Some features (such as external camera support — coming with the Pro tier) require specific hardware. Where your hardware does not support a feature, the App falls back gracefully but the unsupported feature will be unavailable.
Multi-camera recording is intensive on the iPhone's thermal envelope. The App automatically degrades to a more conservative recording profile under thermal pressure and stops recording if the device approaches a critical temperature. This is iPhone hardware behaviour and not a defect in the App.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, H3llo H3llo Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of 360 SnapCircle, including loss of recordings, missed shots, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from content you captured with the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (via Apple) in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
10. Termination
You can stop using 360 SnapCircle at any time by cancelling your subscription via the App Store and deleting the App from your iPhone. We may terminate or suspend your access to premium features if these Terms are materially breached.
To delete the data the App has stored on your device, see the account & data deletion guide.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, surfaced in the next App Store update notes. Continuing to use the App after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also rely on the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
